MSS Dashboard, Direct Deposit, Reorder, Manager Approval, Personal Information
A set of healthcare workforce self-service experiences spanning dashboard, direct deposit, reorder, manager approval and personal information. Each flow had to work for occasional users completing an unfamiliar task. Error and success states were designed explicitly rather than as afterthoughts. The result is a consistent pattern set across otherwise unrelated tasks.

Information density and hierarchy were the primary design levers. Accuracy of interpretation mattered more than visual expression.
